Privacy Policy

When you use Vealous, we collect only what the service needs: your name and email; your account and profile details; your plan and subscription status; your coupon redemption status; the content you create (boards, product ideas, product records, Pin records, templates, settings, schedules) and your activity in the app; support requests you send us; basic security and service logs; your theme and cookie preferences; and third-party connection details — but only when you choose a supported provider.

Vealous does not request or store passwords for other services, tax information, bank details, raw API keys, raw access tokens, or private developer secrets. If any screen ever asks you for these, something is wrong — contact support immediately.

We use your information to run your account, provide the features you choose, keep the service secure, respond to support requests, and keep basic records required for safety and reliability. Vealous does not sell personal information, and we don't use your content to train anything.

We rely on trusted service providers to run the service — for hosting, sign-in, and payments. When payments are enabled, Stripe handles payment data under its own privacy terms, and Vealous does not store raw card details. Each provider processes only what it needs to for its role.

Some features can work with outside providers you choose (such as Pinterest or a marketplace). Vealous stores the connection details needed for the feature only when you connect that provider yourself, and you can disconnect at any time. Those providers handle their own data under their own privacy policies.

Vealous uses necessary cookies for login, security, and core operation; these are always on. Preference cookies remember choices like your theme. The Google tag is installed with Analytics consent denied by default, so Analytics cookies and Vealous page-view tracking stay off unless you allow analytics cookies in the cookie banner. Marketing cookies remain off unless separately configured and allowed. See our Cookie Policy for details and use Cookie preferences to change your choices at any time.

We protect your information with secure sign-in, encrypted connections, strict access controls, and server-side permission checks. No system is perfectly secure, but we design the service so that even a mistake in the app cannot expose another customer's content to you.

We keep your account information while your account is active, and content records while they exist in your account. Security and activity logs are kept for a limited period needed for safety, support, and record-keeping. When you delete your account, we remove your personal data as described below.

You can access and update your details from Settings at any time. You can request a copy of your personal data, ask us to correct something, or request deletion. We don't sell personal information, so there is nothing to opt out of — but you can change your cookie choices anytime from the footer.

You can request account deletion from Settings → Account & Privacy. Deletion includes a 7-day cancellation period, in case you change your mind. After that period, your account and personal data are removed as described by our retention rules.

Vealous is not directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we'll remove it.

Vealous is operated from the location shown in our legal details. If you use Vealous from another country, your information may be transferred to and processed there. By using the service, you consent to that transfer where the law requires it.

We may update this Privacy Policy as the service evolves. We'll notify you about significant changes in the app or by email, and the "last updated" date below shows the current version. Continued use after a change means you accept the current policy.
