Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Vealous. By creating an account, logging in, or using Vealous in any way, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority where you live) and legally able to enter a binding contract. You may only use Vealous if the laws of your location allow it.

You are responsible for activity under your Vealous account and for keeping your sign-in details safe. Never share your password with anyone, including anyone claiming to be from the Vealous team — we will never ask for it.

Vealous helps customers prepare, organize, automate, and manage Pinterest content — product ideas, Pin drafts, boards, posting plans, templates, scheduling, and link-health monitoring. Important: Vealous does not guarantee earnings, sales, traffic, followers, clicks, views, or account growth. Content performance depends on many factors outside our control.

Some Pins may include affiliate links. eBay, Pinterest, Stripe, and any other supported provider are independent third parties — they are not operated by or affiliated with Vealous, and their own rules and terms apply to your use of them. You own your Pinterest profile and your affiliate accounts, and you remain responsible for your affiliate disclosures and your compliance with each provider's requirements.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the product facts you work from, for including the required affiliate disclosure on content that contains affiliate links, and for following the rules of Pinterest and each marketplace you use. For your security, you must not submit passwords, banking data, tax data, raw provider secrets, or private developer keys anywhere in Vealous — we will never ask for them, and you should contact support immediately if any screen ever does.

You may not use Vealous for anything illegal or for the benefit of anyone else's accounts. Prohibited content includes restricted, deceptive, illegal, spammy, infringing, adult, weapon-related, gambling, controlled-substance, counterfeit, and misleading content. You also may not use Vealous to scrape other services, run hidden browser automation, perform follow/unfollow behavior, generate fake analytics or engagement, or target competitors.

You keep ownership of your Pinterest profile, your affiliate accounts and configuration, and any earnings they generate. The boards, drafts, plans, and other content you create in Vealous belong to you. Vealous organizes and prepares content — it never takes ownership of your accounts or your income.

New customers may begin with the no-card 7-day trial described on the pricing and setup screens. The trial does not automatically charge you. When it ends, trial generation, Autopilot, and publishing pause while your Vealous content, settings, connections, and history remain saved; already-published Pins remain on Pinterest. Paid plans renew monthly unless cancelled, and you can cancel at any time from your account settings before your next renewal date. Prices and plan features may change, and the price shown when you start or change a plan is the price that applies to that purchase. We do not charge automatic AI overages. Payments are processed by Stripe, and Vealous does not store raw card details. Refunds, when granted, are handled case by case at our discretion.

Special Access means promotional or manually granted access outside the standard 7-day trial, such as early-access features, coupons, or no-card paid-plan grants. It is provided at our discretion, may be revoked, changed, limited, or ended at any time, and has no cash value.

With Autopilot, Vealous can organize routine boards, Pins, and schedules for you only after you turn it on, and you can pause Autopilot at any time. Board deletion, Pinterest profile changes, affiliate-configuration changes, major Product Focus changes, and affiliate-link changes always need your separate confirmation.

We work hard to keep Vealous available, but we can't promise the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may add, change, limit, or discontinue parts of the service as it evolves. If a change would meaningfully reduce a paid feature you rely on, we'll tell you before it takes effect.

Vealous is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all other warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We don't promise any particular result, ranking, or performance from content prepared or managed with Vealous.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vealous is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the service. Where the law allows recovery at all, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

You can stop using Vealous and cancel at any time. Vealous may suspend or end accounts for abuse, safety, legal, payment, or policy reasons — including prohibited content, attempts to break the service or access other customers' data, or anything that puts other customers or the service at risk.

We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these Terms.

We may update these Terms as the service evolves. If we make a significant change, we'll notify you in the app or by email. Continuing to use Vealous after a change takes effect means you accept the current version. The "last updated" date below shows when these Terms were last changed.
